Our dedicated mission to environmental responsibility is a testament to this commitment.Villa Oliveira is a spacious 6-bedroom house, ideal for large families, with a privileged location in Armação de Pêra, just 700m from the beach. With a heatable private pool and jacuzzi (optional extras), it offers stunning sea views and proximity to restaurants and supermarkets.The property has air conditioning in all rooms and central heating (optional). On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a bathroom and balconies with sea views. The ground floor includes 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), both with private bathrooms and built-in wardrobes, plus an additional bathroom. The spacious living/dining room has comfortable sofas and a dining table, and the main kitchen is fully equipped with a pantry.On the lower floor, there are 2 more bedrooms (one double and one twin), a bathroom, a secondary kitchen and a spacious entertainment area with a TV room, snooker table, foosball and ping-pong.The exterior includes a wide terrace, private pool with sun loungers and grassy areas for children. There is also an outdoor dining area with a barbecue and jacuzzi. The property is walled and has an automatic gate with parking.A few minutes' walk from shops, bars and Armação de Pêra beaches, Villa Oliveira guarantees unforgettable holidays.It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. Villa was excellent, as described and well located. Loved the area. Olivia was very helpful at all stages with regards to the booking and villa, with Steven complementing that with the bookings for trips, I would reccomend the Boat trip to the caves. Rgds Jamie Also go visit Charlie at the Waterdog Bar for a nice drink.

Excellent for family holidays (not under 5s)

The villa was excellent and suited us perfectly for 7 adults and 4 children ages 7 - 13. (A lot of steps for younger children.) Very clean, well supplied for kitchen use. 1st and upper ground were well laid out, lower ground was less desirable, dark and smelt slightly musty, but adequate. Pool was a good size and well maintained. Gardens were well kept. Parking for 3 - 4 cars. Location was good, near enough to shops with a short drive but far enough out of the centre to be quiet. Not too much building work going on nearby and wasn't intrusive. Inside the furniture was fine, some of the external furniture was a little tired. Wi-Fi was good and TV was good for kids. Barbeque worked well with good outside eating space. We believe the villa was at least 15 years old and had been well maintained. Probably due for some updating. Shower cubicles were small but adequate for most. Generally a well run villa and good value for money, we would recommend it for groups of up to 12, any more would need to use the sofa beds which is a pain at the beginning and end of the day.

overview

lovely villa but a bit out of the way for shops local aminetys didnt realise it was so hilly as needed to get taxis to return back to villa due to health conditions of myself and husband we also found the swing doors at he top of lower ground access a hazzard as they hit you on the back on going down the stairs unfortunatley one of the doors fell off luckily no injury to anyone cannot fault all the correspondence with the karen and would book with you again but take advice on other propertys suitable to our needs THANK YOU FOR A GREAT STAY !!!

Overview

Very good Villa - very spacious. Only small issues - when you pay that amount of money you would expect to get black bin liners for rubbish bins and a few dishwasher tablets. Two bathrooms were a good size but the other two were tiny. In respect of the games room - both video machines did not work.

Family break

We booked this property as a party of 12, older teens and adults, two families joining together and we have had a great time. The villa provides so much space that we never felt crowded or on top of each other. The outdoor space with the pool and the bbq allowed us some fabulous days in the pool and lounging on the plentiful sun beds, into lovely meals cooked on the bbq, enjoyed on the balcony, whilst the sun goes down. It is close to the local town, which had a good selection of cafes, bars and restaurants and with the wonder that is Uber we easily got around locally and further afield to Albufeira, for shopping and nights out with more liveliness! For our mixed ages, it enabled the older ones to relax whilst those in their late teens and 20’s took advantage of the night life. The service provided by Algarve Vacations has been excellent, communication has been just right, questions and queries responded to so quickly. on arrival our Concierge Gabi, provided information on the villa, the locality and gave amazing recommendations for food, days out, local beaches and took the time to make reservations for us and organise our taxi transfers. All in all we have had a great time and would not hesitate to book again.

Amazing family home

10 of us (7 adults, 3 children) stayed here for a week for a family vacation - the house was the perfect size and layout that everyone had their own space and never felt crowded. The backyard was great for lounging, bbq’ing, swimming and hot tubbing. Out of the busy areas of Algarve, the house is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk of restaurants. Would def recommend staying here with a group.

An amazing property

After a very long wait (Covid), we finally made it to this fantastic Villa. The Villa was amazing and was enjoyed by all. The hardest this was trying to get the family to leave to sea the sights. I can't recommend the Villa or the team highly enough. Thank you and will be back!

The Villa was lovely and the location was great. But we the company are not good enough

The Villa was great - clean and very spacious. The pool and hot tub lovely. However our holiday has been unfortunately blighted by our breakage deposit not being returned despite us not breaking anything and leaving the Villa in a clean and tidy state. I’ve sent several follow up emails and always get a polite ‘I’m following up on this’ but nothing then happens and I’m still €400 down. We also booked a private airport transfer through Olivia and gave all the details about how many of us there are and still had to wait 40 mins at the airport for the taxi to arrive. So despite a great Villa, I can’t recommend this company, sadly

A great place for a family holiday

The villa was perfect for us. 3 generations, Grandparents, parents, toddler and babies. Great layout, having 3 separate levels gave us all our individual space. Fully equipped with everything that we needed. Perfect location, close enough for walking down to the town for beach and restaurants but in a peaceful cul-de-sac. The heated pool was a delight and well used. Would recommend!

Took 3 years to get here, worth it.

Originally booked in 2019, for May 20. Delayed by COVID. The villa is lovely and well equipped. We paid extra for pool heating, think it was worth the money. The temperature was very comfortable for time of year. We also paid for the hot tub, but didnt use it very much. The pool table in the basement got plenty of use in the evenings.

We were a party of 10 ages from 2-60 years old -the villa was suitable for all ages -a real party atmosphere all week wish we could gave stayed longer .... Would suggest having a selection if inflatables for the pool and a file detailing local attractions and local amenities -ie pharmacy -money exchange and local bus information.... Overall well worth the money we paid

Fabulous house

We’ve had the best holiday staying here. 6 adults and 7 kids - it suited us all! The pool was great and offered endless hours of entertainment. Lovely bbq area and well maintained lawns. The house was immaculate on arrival and all rooms spacious. Easy and efficient communication with staff who responded to all our needs. 10-15 min walk to the beach/restaurant is straightforward and only a slight incline, suitable for buggies and all kids managed it without complaints. We loved our time here and are hoping to return.

Family Holiday

The property worked well for a large group with accommodation on three levels. The location is only a short walk to the beach and restaurants, so no need for car hire. We arranged transfers with the booking and this was ideal. Large supermarket shopping was done using Uber taxis, otherwise we walked everywhere. The garden level was spacious with pool and grassed area. We made good use of the bbq and hot tub in the evenings. The outside areas are also quite private. Overall, I would recommend this property for family groups.
