Checkin wasn’t the best for me. I was early but there was no effort on the staffs part to accommodate early checkin even though plenty of people checked out. I stayed in the lobby. They misrepresented “Breakfast available” no, it’s a grocery store that you can go to. They have some premade food you pay by weight or just buy groceries. Nothing to do with the hotel whatsoever. The price markup close to the new year was excessive, that hotel was not worth that price. I didn’t have a long stay but they didn’t clean the room at all. The staff on the morning of check out was much nicer and engaged.

Three night stay the room did not get refreshed or cleaned. No fresh towels. We arrived 90 minutes before check in and they demanded $50us to check in early. The free happy hour is six corona beers at an unmanned cart then done

Staff was really nice, and the convenience of the supermarket downstairs was great, breakfast buffet in the supermarket was convenient. A bakery a few blocks down. I just wish the pool area had umbrellas because it’s fully exposed, and there are no chairs to lay out by the pool on the couches
