The staff was very nice. The room was clean and the facility felt safe. For a non-smoking hotel there was a distinct smell of smoke in the halls and the elevator was sketchy.

Multiple cockroaches greeted me before I even walked in the front doors. I was going to call the front desk to see if there was a hair dryer available, and the phone in the room not only didn't work, but it was caked in grease and was sticky. In the morning after my shower I made the mistake of walking around the room barefoot, and when I went to put my socks on, the bottom of my feet were black. No coffee or hair dryer in rooms.

There are German cockroaches EVERYWHERE! We didn’t end up staying we left to find another place to stay and were told we would get a refund and have yet to get it.
