Good & Bad

Poor check in experience (3 attempts to get a working room key). Room smelled like mildew. Dated room decor and very small shower. Positives - the gym and pool are great. The location of the hotel is also excellent

Hotel is run down, room facilities were average. TV poor, reception poor. Had problems with the card to get into the room. Reception was always busy, lack of staff and had to wait half an hour in queue before we saw someone. Breakfast was good though and location as well.
