Clean rooms, budget friendly. Front desk clerk was unfamiliar with how to get to local restaurants and when asked for additional bath towels, he was “surprised” we needed more when there were in our rooms. There were 2 towels per room with 4 people in one room and 3 in the other, we needed just a few more but he wasn’t sure where to get more because housekeeping had gone home for the day. With a heavy sigh he left to look for some towels. He was the only clerk on duty but literally went in a closet door around the corner from the desk and retrieved our towels.

Not sure why they list a PoolAnd Hot Tub if they are not operating I reserve room when I’m traveling based on certain things one a Hot Tub I need this to relax checked in several hours early that was a plus but within two how’s the power went out and was out for half the evening so couldn’t eat anything just not that great no wow factor

We are in SF weekly and have stayed at many hotels . We have found that this one has the friendliest staff, accommodating, and remembers you. Rooms are clean. There are small maintenance issues but nothing that has affected our stay.

Great Hot Tub Reviews BUT It WAS OUT OF ORDER.

We had reserved a room but when we got there we realized the hot tub was out of order and that was the main reason we had booked at the sleep in. The staff told us we could still cancel our reservations so that is what we did. Overall it seemed like a nice place but we choose to cancel because the one thing my husband wanted was to sit in a hot tub to relax. The staff were very understanding about us not wanting to stay due to not having a hot tub and told us everything had been canceled so I am hoping we don't get billed. Time will tell.
