I stayed at Valley Inn recently for 2 nights then one night. The first room was very dusty. The heating was all over the place and it was impossible to keep the room warm. I asked 3 employees for extra blankets and we never got any. And our room was not cleaned after the first night. The second time I stayed there an electrical outlet had no cover on it and all the wires were exposed. It was the outlet by the bed and was needed for charging devices. We asked for extra blankets when we checked in and the person at reception acted like we were asking for a miracle. It was very close to the hospice place so that was a positive. Oh, by the way, the coffee was awful in the breakfast room. Just pale brown water...... every single day it was awful.
