Fabulous Home in the heart of Sioux Falls. Home comes with furniture, reverse osmosis water, water softener, WIFI, fenced in back yard, fire pit, smart TVs, and plenty of room. Large Master Bedroom is an oasis. Main floor has three bedrooms for your group, as well as the kitchen, dining area, and living room. You will enjoy the classic feel of the upstairs and the relaxing atmosphere of the downstairs living room. Feel right at home while you explore Sioux Falls!

Nice short stay for my family of six. My kids loved the downstairs play area. There were some loud neighbors Saturday night but otherwise a nice neighborhood. One toilet valve was malfunctioning a bit and there were parts of the floor not very clean but otherwise this place suited our needs well. Thank you!

Beautiful home, one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept on! Very homey and a nice big backyard. Be aware of neighbor dogs lol quiet part of town close to everything if I come back to Sioux falls I’ll definitely be staying again .

We were pleased with the nice home, it was clean, had plenty of room, lots of towels and bedding, and the kitchen was well supplied. I loved the master suite! The grandkids loved the building cushions downstairs and had a blast with those. A few areas that could use improvement : the front door was not well sealed and very drafty when it got cold and snowy, the garbage bins were already full when we got there and there was not room for more, the master suite bathroom has a toilet roll holder that would not stay together, and one of the taller bench chairs has loose boards. At first, the location was a little hard to find, but it became easier. Overall, and very nice place!

Great short stay with our pup on our way through Sioux Falls. Property had lots of comfortable spaces, fenced yard was a big plus, and it was nice to be able to walk to the Augustana University campus. Communication was friendly and proactive throughout.
