“Wonderful hotel, very good location in a quiet and elegant area, close to many attractions. Breakfasts are excellent, with a wide selection and everything delicious. This hotel is at the beginning of the peninsula, so you have to walk pretty far to get to the castle and old town. There is a bus that makes a loop and stops every 20 minutes, but while we were standing at the bus stop, the bus just passed us by two times! So we stood in the heat for 50 minutes when we could have already have been there if we walked, which we finally did. We asked the lady at the front desk why the bus didn’t stop two times, but she didn’t know. Breakfast was good. One of the girls, Sophia, is an exceptionally hard worker. She kept the breakfast area clean and everything well stocked. She was also friendly and professional.

A nice, welcoming and well managed hotel. The room was comfortable and a good size. Breakfast had plenty of choice especially if you want just a continental breakfast. The swimming pool and sun lounging areas are very nice.

Great hotel in a nice location. Most of the staff were excellent, especially Andrea, the barman. Great customer service skills. One lady at lobby was less friendly when I was checking in on Sunday, but overall the experience was very positive. The breakfast had great options. I’ll definitely come back when visiting Lake Garda again.

Really liked this hotel. Like others in Italy the shower is a bit small, but worked excellent. Service was impeccable and friendly. Include the breakfast option, it it totally worth it. Will be back.

Our room had two had 3 single beds and one queen bed. No room to move or sit, they wanted 20 euros per night extra to change rooms, no wifi unless you stand in the hall doorway, they thought that was fine, the safe was on the floor, such a chore to get on the floor to use it. Breakfast and lobby bar were good. I have photos, just terrible.
