This large, three-storey villa with a private swimming pool is in a quiet neighbourhood, just 3 minutes from the shores of Lake Garda, close to the action but in a peaceful setting. It can sleep up to 11 people so it is ideal for family groups or friends who are looking for a holiday that combines outdoor activities, relaxation, culture and delicious Italian cuisine.

The villa encourages indoor/outdoor living with a shaded terrace off the kitchen. This is an outdoor dining area, with a BBQ, several tables and chairs, perfect for relaxed meals al fresco. The terrace leads to the swimming pool, which can be illuminated at night. This has several sun loungers, where guests can relax after a refreshing swim.

Back indoors, the ground floor consists of a spacious living area furnished with a corner sofa, a second sofa, a flat-screen TV and an elegant small dining table. The large separate kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a kettle. There is another dining table in the kitchen for more casual meals, as well as a flat-screen TV. A door opens from the kitchen onto the shaded terrace.

Sleeping
There are a total of 8 bedrooms, on the first floor, there is a single bedroom, a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a double bedroom with an extra bed and a large en suite bathroom.
On the second floor, there is one double bedroom and a double bedroom with an extra bed.

Bathrooms
There are a total of 3 bathrooms at the property. They all have showers, bidet, basins and WC. One of these also has a jacuzzi.
On the ground floor, there is an independent WC.

Location
Although the villa is in a peaceful location it is close to many sites, beautiful towns and activities on the lake. It is just 500 metres from the cycle/walking path between Sirmione (10 minutes by bicycle) and Peschiera del Garda (17 minutes by bicycle). The closest beaches on the lake are between just 3 minutes away. For more active guests there is a windsurfing school just 10 minutes from the villa.

The town of Sirmione can be reached in 6 minutes by car, while the lovely Desenzano del Garda is only 12 minutes by car. For self-catering, Sirmione market takes place on Monday and Friday (mornings only). This is the ideal place to pick up the very best local ingredients. For other shopping, there is a supermarket 5 minutes away.

Visitors of all ages can spend a fun-filled day at one of the nearby theme parks (Gardaland 15 minutes drive and Movieland, a 18-minute drive away).

Verona Villafranca airport is only 35 minutes by car.
