CAMP FOUR #7 - 2 BEDROOMS, 2.5 BATHS: BEDDING: Master Bedroom: Queen Bed with private full bath: Bedroom #2: 1 Set of Bunks and 1 twin bed. Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living room. This spacious townhome offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your mountain getaway. Located at the north end of the ski terrain, this inviting retreat is just steps away from the Camp 4 Trail, an easy novice run that provides direct access to Snowshoe's expansive ski system. Fully Equipped Kitchen, Washer & Dryer in this roomy condo.
There is a limit of two cars per reservation. Parking passes will be emailed prior to arrival.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Free WiFi; Free Long Distance; Parking at the complex. On-Call Resort Shuttle

~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~No large gatherings

~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
