After an exhilarating day on the slopes, retreat to this cozy oasis that combines convenience and spaciousness. Located just minutes from the village and the slopes, you’ll find everything you need within walking distance, including the inviting Splitrock Pools, The Wildcat Provisions Market, along with the Village Shops and Restaurants. For added convenience, a bus stop for Snowshoe Mountain is right at the parking lot entrance, ensuring easy access to your alpine adventure should you not feel like walking the eight-minute walk to the slopes. This condo has everything you could ask for and more—ensuring a fantastic getaway for all who visit! The heart of the condo features a fully stocked kitchen, allowing you to prepare delicious meals and snacks with ease. Enjoy the modern amenities and thoughtful touches that make this space not only functional but also extremely welcoming. Please note that there is a spiral staircase that provides access to the upper levels. Brand new stainless steel appliances, carpet, flooring, heating, and bedding plus much more! were installed in the fall of 2025. Bathroom renovations will take place in the spring of 2026. Starter items will be on hand for your stay, but we recommend bringing extra paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, trash bags, coffee, and other desirables to make your stay more like home. Please note there is no smoking of any kind in or near our Leatherbark unit or building and the building has a no pet policy for renters. Bikes must be locked outside on your vehicle or bike rack. They will not be allowed in the unit or building. $1500 fine in place should this rule be broken. No parties. Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am.
