It includes private access to members-only Dogwood Lake (5 min drive).

DISCLAIMER: This is a studio apartment w/i a larger home with secure and private access for guests. It includes use of the ground floor as well as an outdoor yard with a firepit and bbq. It does not include or give access to the adjacent 3 BDR home or deck.

🏡 The cottage enjoys a private and secure entrance occupying the lower level of a two story luxury home that is the entire upstairs (not accessible). There is a renovated bathroom with a two person shower and a kitchenette for your private use in the cottage.

🛌 The studio is spacious with a queen-size bed and includes a full-sized pullout sitting sofa. Unit amenities include a Smart TV, full sized fridge, microwave, and fire pit (when fires are allowed).
