The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across the different floors to offer both comfort and privacy.

On the ground floor, you are welcomed into a warm and inviting living and dining area furnished in a comfortable rustic style, complete with a dining table, a dining nook, and direct access to the garden. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. A shower room with bidet and WC is also located on this level, serving as the first of the 2 bathrooms.

On the first upper floor, you will find the first of the 2 bedrooms, a double bedroom that opens onto a private balcony, offering a peaceful retreat with scenic views. A second shower room with bidet and WC is conveniently located on this floor.

The second upper floor features an open gallery space with 1 double bed, providing a cosy and characterful sleeping area.
