Wonderful little hotel, amazing staff, and phenomenal breakfast. Away from the bustle of Sorrento, so be prepared for a 15-20 minute walk into the main town but worth it for the value!

Our stay was amazing! Staff was incredibly sweet and helpful- always so kinda and made an effort to know us. Loved the pool side music. Clean rooms, safe area and pizza night was so fun! They even had gluten free for me which was so nice and it tasted great! I would definitely go back. I would just get a bigger room for our family- it was a bit tight for us 3

The hotel has some definite benefits such as a pool, restaurant and bar in the hotel. However, it didn't offer some of the amenities I had become used to seeing in other hotels in Italy such as toiletries (shampoo, lotion, etc.), coffee maker, full size TV. It was a clean, well maintained property with very hospitable staff. Bonus was the free breakfast each morning.

We stayed in the family apartments for a night while traveling back through Sorrento en route back to Rome. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and helped us secure a last minute private transfer to Rome. The pool was perfection after a hot morning of travel and the food by the pool was excellent. The family apartment was exactly what we needed for our family of four. The hotel itself was a bit further from town than our last Sorrento hotel so expect a 15 minute walk to the center Piazza. Highly reccomend!

May 21-25 2026 What a beautiful hotel with an amazing lemon & orange grove leading us to our immaculate room. The pool was wonderful after a long day of sightseeing. The front desk staff, dining staff & cleaning staff were also amazing & friendly. The breakfast to get us going in the morning was fantastic & the dinner upon return was also fabulous! The rooms need better amenities the towels are old and dingy and very rough. Apparently the hotel had renovations done a couple of years ago, areas still need to be upgraded. The patio furniture outside was old and rusty.

We loved our stay at Hotel Florida! This boutique hotel was beautiful. There is a pool, bar and restaurant on site. They also offer other shuttle services to the Amalfi Coast and to downtown Sorrento (which is about a 15 min walk otherwise) at certain times. The staff was very friendly and helpful with different services and attractions that we were interested in doing. They also offer free on site parking! They did have a breakfast on site that you could pay for as well.

This hotel is nice and clean 20 to 30 minutes walk to the center depending on your pace getting to the hotel from the center cost 25€ .which we paid since after an excursion we were too tired to walk. Good restaurant friendly staff . The only reason I gave good rating for amenities is they do not provide shampoo and the only thing we had was 3 paper cups in the room .
