Appartamento Erica is a bright apartment on the fourth floor with lift of an elegant building in a quiet residential area on Sorrento’s main street, Corso Italia. With a total of 100 m2, it can accommodate up to 8 people.

Not included in the price, to be paid on site in cash:

• Final cleaning fee - 170,00 euro
• Tourist tax 4,00 euros per day per person for the first 7 nights from 1/04 to 31/10. Children under 18 years do not pay
• For arrival after 8:00 PM until midnight a late arrival fee of 50,00 euros will be requested.

The apartment is very close to the famous Piazza Tasso, making it easy to enjoy the local night life in the many busy bars, restaurants and venues brimming with tourists and locals alike.

Appartamento Erica has a 5-m2 terrace with a table and two chairs, so you can enjoy a partial view of the town and sea.

The large living room is elegant and simple, with a king-size sofa-bed, TV, dining table for six, air conditioning, heating and access to the terrace.

A corridor links all the rooms, including the kitchen, which is equipped with a four-burner hob, fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker and toaster. From the kitchen, you have access to a small veranda/laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

In all, there are three bedrooms, each with air conditioning and heating, and two bathrooms.
