The upper floor houses two bedrooms: one room with 2 beds, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, while the other room has 1 bed, 1 pull-out bed, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Both rooms have access to a terrace. Additionally, there is another shower room with a bidet and toilet on this floor.

The second upper floor features two double bedrooms, each with a panoramic window, air conditioning, forced-air heating, and access to a private balcony. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, and toilet on this level.
