Come one, come all! Trade in your clown shoes for flip flops at this fabulous 3-story central Oregon coast vacation home! The Dancing Seal is a multi-level home with amazing unobstructed ocean views from the third floor "Dancing Seal Lounge". After a full day of fun enjoying the pure magic of the Oregon coast, the third floor lounge is the perfect spot to unwind and watch the ever changing Pacific Ocean. With a living room with flat screen TV on each floor, and 5 bedrooms, this home is a perfect place to bring the entire family or a group of friends looking to escape to the beach and spend time together.

Feel the enchantment as you enter on the ground floor where you will find a bedroom, living area and bathroom, along with a wet bar, perfect for setting up your favorite drinks on the way out to the oceanfront hot tub. On the second floor, you will be drawn to the ocean views and the large deck where you can watch for whales and perhaps catch some seals dancing in the waves! The well appointed kitchen, dining space with a decorative gas fireplace, and large living room, will be the gathering places while the cooks are in the kitchen. There are three bedrooms on this level, one king ensuite, plus a king and a queen bedroom that share a bath in the hallway. Come to the big top, the third floor, where you will be able to enjoy the Dancing Seal Lounge, a mixologist's delight with a bar and pub tables, expansive ocean views and another living room. The primary bedroom is the ring master's spectacular finish, with ocean views all the way to Yaquina Head Lighthouse, a cozy window seat cantilevered out over the ocean, a gas fireplace for romantic ambiance and a large ensuite bath with a soaking tub and a tiled walk in shower with double shower heads.

Fun for all ages, this is a home where you'll enjoy good times together! Dancing Seal is close to lighthouses, both Yaquina Head nearby and Heceta Head to the south of Yachats, the Oregon Coast Aquarium, shopping in Nye Beach, the historic Newport bayfront, galleries, restaurants and many other beautiful scenic areas along our central coast. The private beach access is a seasonal access for guests. The stairs tend to wash away during the winter months so are not available for use. Beach access stairs unavailable as of 11/07/2024 for the season. Just south of the house is Ona Beach and is a great place to explore!

Sleeps up to 10 - 5 Bedrooms, 4 Kings (3 can be split into 2 twins with 72 hour advance notice), 1 Queen, 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas, 4.5 Bath.
Vehicles: Licensed for 6 (strictly enforced)
Standard: 3 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum.

Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.
