About the house:

Our exquisite chef’s kitchen, complete with walk-in pantry, Viking professional range, and breakfast/coffee nook is perfect for whipping up culinary delights. Unwind in the library with a captivating book or a friendly game of chess. Dine in the grand dining room or connect in the inviting receiving rooms. For a touch of leisure, head to the second-floor bar to mix your favorite drink. Don’t forget to visit our walk-in game closet to discover a rainy day activity!

Our exquisite five-bedroom accommodations offer unparalleled comfort and luxury:

Bedroom 1- The Wisteria Suite: Enjoy a queen-sized bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom that boasts a steam shower, a water closet, a large soaking tub with serene pond views, and dual sinks.

Bedroom 2- The Virginia Suite: This stunning room features a king-sized bed, custom marble painted accents, and an expansive walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom includes an oversized soaking tub, a water closet, dual sinks, and a spacious tiled walk-in shower with garden views.

OUTSIDE:
Head outside to explore your own 10 acre slice of private paradise, featuring a tranquil 1-acre pond with a boardwalk, ideal for fishing or enjoying our seasonal canoe and kayak. Lounge by the expansive pool, equipped with a waterslide and diving board, all while taking in the stunning garden views (currently CLOSED for the season.)

The property, amenities, and host communication were fantastic! Along with plenty to enjoy at the house, the location is just a short drive to Sperryville, local trails, and other attractions. Would very much recommend!

Our recent family vacation to the beautiful Piedmont Estate was a retreat from the ordinary. The estate boasts a beautiful façade and a gorgeous interior featuring hardwood floors, lofty ceilings, and expansive windows that showcase the rolling meadows and pond. We enjoyed cooling off in the nicely sized pool during the day and soaking in the saltwater hot tub in the late afternoon. Everyone was excited to experience the tug of a fish on their line, and multiple fish were caught each day, only to be released back into the pond. During a brief tour of the property, we learned about the different livestock and their management. Our group of nine, spanning three generations, had ample space to enjoy lively togetherness as well as retreat to a quiet reading nook. We truly enjoyed our stay. The two youngest children were determined to stay until Christmas!

Wonderful stay!

This home and property was wonderful. The home is absolutely unique and gorgeous and we enjoyed our stay. The lighting, smells, temperature, towels, and decor all stood out as exceptional. The grounds are beautiful. We appreciated the movie selection, the welcome gift, and the labels for the thermostats. I was relieved to see they provided shampoo and conditioner as I did forget to pack that. We have zero complaints. It was truly as if we had been transported back into the 1700’s. It was so wonderful and we can’t wait to come back.
