Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire top floor of the home. The basement and garage are not available for guest use during their stay. Free parking available in the driveway and also additional street parking in front of the house.



Other Things to Note:

We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term stays.

We value the privacy of our guests, but want to ensure that all of your needs are met during your stay. Our level of involvement is dependent on your personal needs. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to better accommodate you in anyway.

The house was very comfortable, we had everything we needed.it was a bit dusty around windows and baseboards but the house looked clean. It was a bit far from Gonzaga University but not too bad. I totally missed the message about pool not being available during our stay so that was a bit of a downer. The host is a great communicator.

Perfect House for your stay in Spokane Valley

This house was perfect for our stay. We were there for a family wedding and the house had plenty of beds to sleep in and supplies for all of us. The location of the house was perfect and easy to get to. There was also plenty of parking. The house was very clean. The pool and backyard to beautiful, but we didn't get to use it since we were there out of season. But if someone was there when it is open they should enjoy it. The homeowners were also easy to communicate with. Any message I sent, they responded right away and let us know right away about maintenance people coming. I would definetly recomend this house for your stay.
