Few mins drive to the Spokane valley mall and Walmart. 18 mins drive to downtown Spokane riverfront. Room is quite clean. Area is quiet. Night shift staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast is not free but with the price I paid ($107) I’m not complaining.

Reason unknown but Police were called for an emergency so it was quite noisy for awhile. No fault of the Hotel

We stayed 5 nights at the hotel and not once did housekeeping clean the room. Trash was overflowing, ran out of clean towels, and toilet papee.
