Our room was super filthy with stained sheets etc.The nice man at the desk found one last room that would fit our large family but it was dirty too just not as bad so we settled for it since we had no choice. We were told we couldn't get any discount compensation for the dirty room! Unless we get some kind of refund on our stay we will NEVER stay at this Ramada Hotel again.

Our room filthy with hair everywhere and nasty film and dust on all the surfaces. The floors had not been swept/cleened and the sheets were stained. The bathroom was nasty. The trash cans had new liners in them thats all. The very apologetic man at the front desk offered to ove us to the only other room large enough for our family. It too was not dirty in the similar way only not as extreme. Since we had no were else we could go we had to take it and clean our way through it to make it bearable and comfortable. Thank God we travel with lysol and disinfectant wipes and paper towels! We were told we could not get a discount on the room. Please note the gentleman that checked us in was extremely kind and helpful. But without receiving a discount for this major inconvenience,, we will never stay at this Hotel again.

I usually don’t write reviews, however, people need to be warned about this place. The photos on Travelocity are NOTHING like what you actually get. The room was absolutely filthy, grimy and disgusting. The pull out couch had mold/mildew stains, the shower was grimy, I felt like I had to shower after I entered that place. I checked in and checked out within 1 hour was charged $291 despite showing the clerk the pictures of the filthy stained couch. His excuse was that because Travelocity showed “pictures” of the rooms etc. there was nothing he could do. I can assure your that had I seen the condition of the shower and the couch, etc I would have NEVER booked a room in that run down place. I booked a last minute room at the Davenport in Spokane where I was charged $350 and worth every penny. DO NOT EVER STAY at the Ramada by Wyndham Spokane Valley unless you want to be grossed out.

The room was very dirty. We have pet allergies, and there was a substantial amount of pet hair in the room, as well. The staff was friendly, but the stay was unpleasant.

The staff is uncaring and rude. They seem to be part time employees that don’t want to tackle tough issues and or provide Customer Service. My bathtub was dirty and stained and they wouldn’t come in and clean it. Then the manager doesn’t come until 3pm. And will not follow up on complaints.

Wasn't thrilled about management opening our door at 11:30pm. Thankfully I had the bar lock set! They said there was a confusion with reservations. I responded to the text they sent that read "to respond to this text if we need anything" double checking if it was infact management, but no response. So I called and it was the same voice that answered as opened my door. Why did they just call the room instead of opening the door? Made we nervous the rest of the night. At least the old hotel was clean and beds comfortable.

Had 2 rooms - 1st room had not been vacuumed, crumbs spread out on tops of made beds, fridge smelled horrible and was not clean. 2nd room had stuff splattered on the walls where trash cans sit, smears and fingerprints on all mirrors, stains on sheets, broken faucet in bathtub. Could turn it on and off but couldn’t adjust water temp, blinds wouldn’t roll up or down. No one takes pride in cleanliness at this establishment whatsoever! When I complained to the front desk, the only girl in the building offered to vacuum, but that was it, obviously that wasn’t enough! We cancelled our reservation and made new ones. Used Expedia for this booking and then had to PAY Expedia and extra $100 just to process the cancellation!!!!! Learned from this mistake and will not be doing this again!

Think twice

The room was way too expensive for the quality and cleanliness. But we had to take refuge during a snow storm and everything was sold out. But no wonder this was the only option left There was literal poop on the wall in the bathroom, unknown stains all over the carpets, the fridge had un known white substance on the outside door, the mirrors were smudged and the head board was hung on the wall. I didn't let my kids take their shoes off and I kept my shoes on the whole time. We all skipped showers because the bath tub looked questionable as well.

I like the spacious room and comfortable bed. I also like the easy access to our room as well as close parking. The desk, office chair and refrigerator and microwave are nice too! I appreciate the front room and closet/ luggage area being spacious as well. This was a great value for a low affordable rate. Oh also they serve breakfast too!
