Nice hotel with a good restaurant. We liked our stay, just didn’t like how guests were really loud in the middle of the night. Woke up a few times due to the noise. Complimentary drink voucher upon arrival was nice. Lobby serves water. Laundry is available in building 6. Would stay here again.

Great stay

This was the second time staying at the Ruby Ridge. Even though it was a busy weekend, with the Gonzaga students moving in, the service was great. The rooms were quiet and there was enough parking.

Great stay. Pool was relaxing, restaurant was great! Greeted with a complimentary drink when checking in. Lounge had a great happy hour. When you look closely you can tell some of the corners were cut when remodeling this hotel from a previous Red Lion.

The Ruby River Hotel was perfect for our family trip to Spokane. The parking was easy (and you could actually find a spot later at night), the staff attentive and for an older hotel, it was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the pool immensely as we were visiting Spokane in a bit of a heat wave! My only criticism was you had to ask to have your room made up (re-stock coffee, freshen towels if necessary), which we didn’t realize the first day. We found it to be a close walk to shopping and downtown, about 10 minutes over the bridge.

Ruby river rooms were spacious and had a nice walking trail that follows the river next to the hotel. It’s next to the Gonzaga campus and has a nice pool area and areas for dogs. The grounds are nice and kept up very well.
