The room was clean but not spotless (coffee spilled on table still) and smelled like old cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. Bed and pillows were very hard. We were only there for less than 12 hours so unsure of other amenities.

Location to downtown Spokane is excellent and walkable. View and location next to the river is beautiful. Our room however, was near lobby and quite noisy. Between the prom on Saturday night and the maintenance/employee rooms across the hall, it was really loud in our room. No consideration that people were might be trying to sleep in our room. This made our stay less than ideal. I would stay again but more choosy on our room location.

This was our first time at Ruby River, our stay was wonderful. The hotel is easy to get to, check-in was quick, the hotel was clean.

Fun Stay in May

Our family stayed in a poolside suite for the weekend. We were very impressed with the property. Pool area is excellent, and the fenced dog park and playground are great for families and pets. Osprey restaurant was excellent for hotel dining. The hotel is well staffed and organized. We will definitely stay again when we’re back in Spokane.
