Needed a safe and clean place to stay for one night, on very short notice. This hotel was perfect! Staff were friendly and helpful and addressed my concerns about the situation. My husband was there helping out friends and our friends made reservations for the wrong night at a different hotel! I had to find him a place to sleep quickly. Tru staff helped us out and he was very happy with the hotel. He said that staff were really kind and helpful, the hotel was spotless and quiet. We’ll definitely stay again and highly recommend the hotel.

Bring Earplugs

Rooms are clean and beds were comfortable enough. I wish i had brought my own pillow and some ear plugs. The hotel sits pretty close to some train tracks which was a bit noisy however the garbage truck at a little before 8am was the worst part.

Good place to stay.

The hotel is kind of off the main areas of Spokane but a great location for the seminar I was attending. Great breakfast with lots of options. The rooms were fine. I was bummed the hot tub was closed as that was something my wife and I were both looking forward to but the pool was open so that was great for my son and I to play in. The location to the playground is easy walking distance.

We were really impressed with the Tru by Hilton. It was very family-friendly. They had a pool table, giants checkers, giant connect 4 and other board games in their lobby area. There is a park right across the street that is great for kids. Very clean, staff was friendly and went above and beyond for us during our stay. We will definitely come back.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here at Tru! We were very impressed with the cleanliness. The lobby area was wonderful with lots of seating areas as well as a pool table and some games. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit!
