We had a wonderful stay at the property. The kids mainly hung out on the lower level where they had their own family room that opened to the pool, a small sink, and direct access to the pool. The adults occupied the other floors with easy access to the main living area, the kitchen, the deck overlooking the pool, and stairs to the pool. We did walk back and forth to the beach but usually drove down to the auto access ramp and drove down our supplies. The beach is close enough to walk back and forth but you have to cross a fairly busy road with no crosswalk nearby and then manage the stairs across the dunes. Overall, a beautiful house with a beautiful garden and pool area in a great location that is close to everything.

From the start, the owner was so easy to communicate with and flexible. We ended up booking this place after having problems with our original vacation rental. We were so lucky to have found this beautiful tropical oasis. The home furnishing were gorgeous! It felt so homey and had everything we needed. The beds were all so comfortable, and trust me I am a huge bed snob. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and very organized. I loved the laundry shoot, which made it so easy to send towels down to the laundry room. What a cool touch! The house is well taken care of as is the pool and landscaping! Watching the sunset on the front poor was my favorite thing to do every evening! The neighborhood is so quiet and felt safe. We rented a golf cart and loved riding around the neighborhood. The kids found some fishing spots along the river and loved going exploring. Right across A1A was the beach access which has a new pedestrian bridge which made it so easy to walk to what felt like our own private beach. The crescent beach access was a minute drive down the road where you can drive on the beach or access another beach access which had a little more action if that is what you are looking for. We loved coming home from the beach and rinsing off in the outdoor shower. This place is a true gem! We will definitely be back to stay again!!! Thanks so much!

From the time we opened up the front door and went inside this beautiful house we knew we were on the right track for a wonderful vacation. Ken stayed in touch with us several times throughout the trip to make sure everything was going well which we appreciated. The backyard with the pool and hot tub had just enough of the privacy that we wanted. We were in a quiet community, but within walking distance to the beach, and certainly close enough to St. Augustine to do our sightseeing. ANYONE visiting St. Augustine would be lucky to rent this house. Will walk away with fantastic vacation memories.
