This hotel was the best. The new manager, Jayden, has a great attitude and is very professional and helpful. The afternoon desk staff, Faby, was also very nice and cheerful and helpful. She put us right by the pool and made the night stay perfect. The room was clean and well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Room never got cleaned over the three nights. Never could get it cleaned or extra towels, cups for coffee etc. Highly recommend not staying

Check in okay, bathroom near lobby had no toilet seat or paper towels. Rooms, were clean but shabby. Bathroom not very clean.

Lock to the door didn’t work and rattled. Much dirtier than pictures. Checked in later and felt unsafe and then door lock didn’t work. We ended up not staying here because of general feeling of unsafety. Employee refused refund and laughed when I called later to request one despite me not even staying here. Terrible service and rude.
