Very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the room. Smelled stale, hair in the tub, stained facecloth and used facecloth forgotten on shower rod. 😳

It seems some how that we failed to deliver on that expectation and for that we truly apologize. We have shared your review with our staff and management team to make sure this doesn't happen again. We do have on call housekeeping staff to take care of any guest concerns upon arrival.

We have a great facility with brand new renovated rooms, we have 24 hr housekeeping service and we also have a security guard that walks the property at night. We take our guest security very seriously so if you ever have a issue on our property let us know.

No breakfast to speak of - only coffee, juice, cereal, yogurt and slices of white bread for toast,

Rooms are nicely renovation. Smells fresh. Comfy beds. 2 down sides: 1-right next to freeway, super noisy 2-floors were dirty, were not cleaned well. I had to clean them with wet napkins

Small Beds

Beds were supposed to be two queen but they were just double. Very uncomfortable

William, thanks for your feedback. We take guests' feedback very seriously. We apologize for any inconvenience. I hope there is no misunderstanding or confusion about our property with another property because we have either king beds or queens. We do not have anything less than a Queen bed. Moreover, according to our protocol, we ask guests to let us know if there is any issue with the room at the time of check-in, and our logs don't indicate any complaints regarding the beds you mentioned. We have newly renovated rooms with new furniture, new LVT flooring, high-speed free Wi-Fi, and complimentary breakfast. We regularly modify our breakfast based on guests' feedback, so we now have two different cereals, two different toasts with jelly and butter, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit cups, three different juices, coffee and tea, and oatmeal. We appreciate your business and hope to see you again. Have safe travels.

A work in progress!

Check in was very friendly, however..the faucet in the bathtub would not turn off the water. So, after a very long day of driving, we had to move everything to another room. The tv wouldn’t work, someone came to reset it. The staff acted quickly both times and were very polite and apologetic and we did get a some money back on the card used. This hotel will improve I am sure. The employees are great!
