Overall the house is very nice - with a couple of issues that I wouldnât expect given how much we paid to stay.1. Big selling point - private hot tub. Not working on our arrival. We contacted the property manager when it was discovered but we were unable to use it for the first day and a half we were there. The tech that came out to fix the issue was awesome and quickly figured out the problem and fixed it within a couple of hours of coming.2. Next selling point - pebble ice maker. Broken and not even working. The dishwasher and disposal were also not working but we were able to figure out it was a tripped breaker and we got those things working on our own but the ice maker never worked and the ice maker in the freezer didnât work well either so we ended up buying ice. There was also a broken shelf in the fridge so each time we wanted to close one of the drawers we have to lift up the shelf in order to completely close the drawer, which if it wasnât completely closed the fridge wouldnât close.3. Last selling point - washer/dryer on both levels. The washing machine on the second level wouldnât even turn on but we were able to use the washer on the first floor. My expectation was that the main selling points you have listed should be working - someone should be regularly checking the major appliances and making sure they are working and if not the renter should be advised and allowed to make a different reservation or be offered some money back for the inconvenience.
From start to finish it was an amazing experience. The owners were quick to respond, anticipated questions, and were great to work with. The property was amazing. The lagoon and amenities were the cherry on top. Fantastic rental!
