This new 4 bedroom 3.5 bath Luxury Town-home is perfect for your getaway, sleeping 16. Great open floor plan with kitchen, dining room, and front room!! 3 high end king beds, 2 in master suites. Large WARM pool with 2 large hot tubs. The unit is Poolside. Most bedrooms have their own balcony. The large bunk room boast 4 double beds and a comfortable couch bed.

The adjacent Unit 1 (#1428310) can be rented together to sleep a total of 32 for large events.

New higher end furniture and beds. If you are looking for comort, you will not be disappointed with this unit.

Amazing popular St. George mountain biking trails begin in this area. Green Valley Spa can be entered through a sidewalk from this community. Tennis courts are accessible from this complex. Close to Sunbrook and SouthGate golf courses.

Great place to stay

We loved this townhouse! It was in a good location where we felt close to anywhere we needed to go. It was nice and clean, and Dan was great to communicate with. We loved that the home was right by the swimming pool. We could sit out on the patio and watch the kids swimming without having to be right there...We will be checking again to see if this home will be available next time!

This property was not clean upon arrival. Several items in the property were in poor condition. Several beds seemed like they were going to fall apart. There was no dish soap and only one bathroom had 1 toilet paper roll. The were a lack of towels in the unit. The sofa bed had pee stains, indicating a lack of sheet wash or change. Two of the bathroom sinks were backed up and did not drain. Overall, we were more than disappointed with the cleanliness and comfort of this unit. We would not recommend or stay here again. Additionally, the walls were thin and we could hear the adjacent unit all night long.

Nice place with pool and hot tub

Clean, comfy beds, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, lots of space for our group. A few things would be helpful: more TP, hooks for towels/clothes, more hangers, a working ice maker in freezer - but overall a great place to stay in beautiful St George.

I loved staying here. My family loved the location and the pool proximity to the house. It was big enough to fit multiple families and very nice for toddlers and infants. Few things to improve: cleanliness. The floors were so dirty and there was mold in 2/3 bathroom showers. The floors were visible dark and dirty, I didn’t let my baby on the floor. There was no paper towels or enough toilet paper—we had to go buy our own. Overall new and nice, but carpets could use a shampoo. The cleaning service that is used for location sucks

Steps from the Pool

We loved that this unit was steps from the pool and hot tubs. Plenty of open or covered parking was great to be able to park our large Sprinter van. We loved the pickle ball courts, we wish they would have been lit to play at night. Amenities, including washer and dryer, were nice and beds were fairly comfortable. Some salt in the kitchen would be nice. Also, there are many separate AC/heat units and so it makes it comfortable for everyone. It was nice to have a large master bedroom on the main floor or elders who have limited ability to use the stairs.

Worked great for us!

Beautiful new condo in a great location. Pool and hot tub right outside the door. Worked really well for four couples participating in Huntsman games. Great experience. Will definitely return.

Awesome condo for family and adventure

Love the floor plan, space, bedrooms- Love the storage closet. We brought mountain bikes and loved the ability to store and lock them. You could put bike hooks in the storage closet to hand bikes
 Loved the ceiling fans. TV in most rooms USB’s on kitchen receptacle is awesome Great pool/hot tub The property is clean. We have stayed in at least 8 different units in the Sports Village area. This is the best. AC works great. The storage closet out in the back porch is great. We were able to put 4 bikes in easily and lock them. We had 3 kids/spouses and 4 grandkids. The large room with 4 beds is amazing. Dan the owner was quick to respond to questions and very helpful.

Perfect getaway!

This place was amazing! Not only was the townhome beautiful and spacious, but the whole surrounding area was so inviting! We loved the heated pool and large hot tub. We would come back here in a heartbeat! The owner was so great to work with as well!

Great for families/large groups

We rented this unit for 6 adults and one child. The place is extremely well appointed, clean and comfortable. We were beyond surprised by the heated pool and took full advantage of it. There's an 18 inch splash pad at one end w/ a fountain and the other end has a slide for the bigger kids. There were also two hot tubs. Pool towels are provided in unit. No toiletries in bathrooms other than hand soap - which is fine - but make sure you pack some. I did suggest to the owner to buy a few larger pans as it could be tough cooking for a crowd w/ the current set. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy at the unit and I'm hoping that in time Dan will get a little more out there in terms of available seating. It worked out fine for us because we just went to the pool but I could see some families wanting to sit on the balcony of the unit. We were extremely pleased with our stay and won't think twice about booking again the next time we're in town.
