"Red Cliff Farmhouse" is a 1,932 sq foot, 3-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, as well as stainless steel appliances. This pet-friendly home has a $150 pet fee for each pet. The floorplan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary-style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in the large family room.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Overall the house/amenities were all awesome and our family of 9 had a great time! I do feel like the master bedroom downstairs BED was not comfortable at all! While it looked very comfortable when you walked in the room it was not great to sleep in! My husband ended up going to our home in St.George to sleep!

Beautiful cozy home set in the red rocks

The house was comfortable and nice. Very clean and spacious, while still feeling cozy and welcoming. Great outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the unique Southern Utah landscape. Perfect for a family with multiple children, very close to the pool for the hot afternoon.

Perfect Get-Away for family - young and old!

Loved the master on main and master on 2nd floor. Loved the reclining leather sofa and chairs. Plenty of bathrooms! Really clean unit and very well stocked with everything we needed including pool towels. We used the golf clubs as well and they were pretty good sets. The one downside which is the reason for the overall rating and cleanliness of property was a result of the cleaners making a poor decision to leave old cushions, patio furniture, big boxes and umbrella in a heap halfway across the driveway. We had to get out and drag it all out of the way so was a very unexpected eyesore upon arrival. I would recommend the property managers have cleaners actually remove any old furniture etc. from the property entirely. Once the garbage truck came, it was removed, but first impression was less than fantastic. Other than that, I 100% recommend! One other thing I would just mention to interested guests, the driveway is a single and I'm not sure about street parking as the street isn't really wide, so would double check on parking for multiple cars.

Awesome vacation rental . We loved the cozy home feeling . The pool is right by this condo, which is very convenient There is so much comfortable space, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms etc I can’t say enough good things about it We are very happy 😊 ( one thing was we struggled with the TVs, on vacation but would have still liked to be able to have better access to channels BUT this doesn’t change our stars at all)

This house was perfect for my family of 7 adults & one toddler. The property amenities were fun & the house came with bikes, pickle ball paddles, pool toys, etc. It was stocked with paper towels, dish soap, seasoning & things that you hope is in your rental. Overall it was a great stay!

St George rest stop

My family and I were unfortunately only able to stay for one night due to weather, but this was a great rest stop for us and our dogs while we passed through Utah. The area is beautiful and we had everything we needed during our stay. We would definitely come back.

In town for Ironman with family and friends. The house was so clean with plenty of space for the 6 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook simple meals. Although it's a bit out of town the drive isn't long.

Only thing that would be nice is a high chair (or booster) and a pack in play for babies/toddlers. Also maybe provide some coffee pods for the Keiurig would be a nice touch! other than that, it was really great.

A really nice place to stay

This is a very nice property. It is pet friendly. It is in a quiet neighborhood, guests have access to a top tier restaurant and most importantly, it's close to one of St. George's paved urban trails. My only complaint is that when the power went out for 8 hours following a storm, management had no contingency plan in place, and as a result, we had to stay in a cold, dark condo in below-freezing temperatures until the power was restored. At the very least, there should have been back-up power to at least keep the heat on.

Nice Place

We had six adults staying in the property. It was clean and well equiped. The bedroom and bathroom situation was good for all of us, but the main floor/common area was a bit cramped when we were all downstairs together watching TV or talking. The master bedroom is close to the living room/kitchen, so is noisy when trying to sleep if people stay up in the main area. The area is quite and is mostly in-state weekenders.
