When we first checked in on our way to our room there was a huge wet puddle that I slipped on. My back has been hurting since then. I have an appt to go see a chiropractor to see if they can help my lower back. The floor we stayed on must had been a kids floor. We had to constantly listen to kids running and screaming in the halls nonstop. I was looking forward to having a very pleasant stay but it was complete opposite.

Upon check in, I was not told there was a mess up on my room that was reserved. I got to my room, had to walk back down to the front desk and find out what the problem was. The lack of a clock to know what time it was is disturbing. The plastic shower curtain needs to be replaced. The tv upon power down wouldn't turn off, it stayed on and said "no signal", I eventually had to unplug it.

The bed was as hard as a rock, the toilet was clogged when I arrived, and then it took over a week to get the payment right, and continues to charge a card where they were flagged as fraud due to the amount of times they continued to run the card. Then after giving them a new card, they still ran the wrong card. The WORST service I have ever experienced

We had a blood stain on our comforter an in our bathroom. The entire spare blanket in our room was still wet. At one point, one of the workers, who had previously brought us extra pillows a few moments before, attempted to walk into our room. Luckily I had the door stopper in place.
