Enjoy the convenience and vibrancy in the heart of downtown St. John's. Whether you are visiting for pleasure or work, you will be walking distance to downtown where you will experience what the oldest city in North America has to offer including pubs, live music, restaurants, and specialty shops.

Modern two story with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. A bright and open concept dining and living area with 10ft ceilings and hardwood flooring and well stocked kitchen with a center island, concrete countertops, and dishwasher. Past the kitchen is the main floor bathroom, laundry, and mudroom which leads to a private patio with a seasonal bbq and sectional in a fenced yard.

Upstairs is a spacious master bedroom with a king sized bed, ensuite, walk-in closet, and scenic view of Signal Hill. The second bedroom is nice and cozy with a queen bed. The third bedroom is a cozy room with a double/full bed.

Recently installed mini-split provides air conditioning and heating to maximize your comfort.
