We had originally booked for 2 nights. We couldn’t make the first night due to a storm. They did not care to work with us because of that. We requested a voucher for our next time in St. John’s. Front desk lady was rude. It wouldn’t really be a giveaway, because we already paid it. Just wanted the night paid for, honoured later. Nope. Not impressed, we loved breakfast but definitely won’t be back.

We found the hotel not very clean. The breakfast buffet area was dirty everywhere and hard to find a spot to sit as they didn’t wipe the tables. Cuterly was dirty. Plates were dirty. Pretty gross feeling. Also our room wasn’t very clean. Shower wasn’t cleaned very well.
