Excellent short stay for a Cardinals game. Perfect location. We really appreciated the assistance of the evening valet, I think his name was Kevin, who suggested and arranged a golf cart shuttle to Busch Stadium. Very comfortable, fresh room. My only suggestion for all the 21c hotels is an update to the body/hand wash with its foul smelling “rum” fragrance reminiscent of a 1970s disco filled with wafting musk aftershave 😉

The art and decor were interesting. The location was not ideal to get to shops, restaurants or the convention center. It could have been cleaner. The coffee shop had limited hours and I was never able to visit. The hotel bar was too busy with an event in the private room and it took a long time to get served at times.

It is a museum hotel, but the museum is currently closed. Arrived at 6:30 PM with check-in at 3, and the room took 1.5 hours to be ready. We were given the room, but it was not clean, and the bathrobes were stained. The garbage in the bathroom was not empty. Their best proposal was to try to downgrade us from the suite we booked to a king. Service hote. We spent 2 nights and there was no night service to make the bed in the morning. What a shame.

We liked that the hotel had valet parking, which made it easier than trying to find a spot to park. We drove a larger van, and trying to find a spot to park would have been hard. The hotel had a great pool and hot tub. The rooms were great, clean and comfortable.

This hotel was beautiful and fun. Super easy to walk to the r Center. The room was very modern, but pretty tiny. I wouldn’t want to need to spend a lot of time there. It was perfect for an overnight stay to attend a concert. The restaurants were food. We did dinner and breakfast. Not many food options within walking distance. We really liked the water bottles and refill stations and the pool was unique and quirky.

only options for parking were a paid spot behind the hotel unsupervised for $25 a night or valet that is supposed to be protected for $50 a night. the only difference between the two is valet is a fenced in parking area across the street from the hotel. Ball from our trucks hitch was stolen, among other marks and scratches that we noticed. we also noticed the valet keeps everyones keys in a locked box in-front of the hotel, not secure. the hotel itself is very pretty, but the lack of knowledge given about the amenities to the guests is crazy. the rooms are nice though they are not cleaned as well as they should’ve been. housekeeping came once in our 2 night stay and they did not change the trash or replenish the towels. the phone in the room did not work. the mini fridge was leaking (front desk was alerted and they said someone would be in that night but never came). the first night a fire alarm went off alerting all the guests to exit the building. the alarm turned off a few minutes after and then came back on, the whole time the staff was not alerting the guests of what was happening. the second night our room lights didn’t come on after hitting the switch for at least 10 minutes. we ordered room service, the bill was $165. the food came up cold, the steak was bland and the lamb meal was tiny for the price. the wine we ordered came up still corked with no way to uncork it. due to the phone not working, resolving this small issue was more difficult then it should have been.
