Everything great except TV/wifi connection

Always a good stay. Love the clean rooms and the rooftop bar. Only issue that i have have had this time and my last stay is that the tv/wifi signal isn't very good and looses signal frequently and for long periods of time. Other than that, everything is excellent and will definitely stay again.

It's great to hear that you've consistently had positive experiences during your stays with us! Clean rooms and a rooftop bar are definitely highlights. However, I understand that issues with TV and Wi-Fi signals can be frustrating, especially when they occur repeatedly and for extended periods. We would definitely have our head of Engineering take a look into improving the signal strength for future guests. Really cool hotel. Loved the art around every corner and the general vibe. The actual standard rooms were a little small but it was ok for a night. The rooftop bar has an amazing view but the food was a skip. So much great food close by, eat that instead!

Wasn’t any Continental breakfast or microwave in the room other than that everything else was acceptable

Great hotel. Only complaint is there is construction for a new building next to my room. Woke up at 7AM on a Saturday to hammering and beeping. Otherwise very comfortable, unique and clean.

Disappointing stay

We stay at this hotel every year for my daughter's birthday as we go to the Stl. Blues game. When we arrived this time, the hotel was very empty and only saw one staff. It took a while to get checked in even though we had reserved online. When we got to the room, it was 89 degrees and very warm in the room. We turned to air on and left for the game but called and asked if we could get a fan or someone to look at the air. A young girl answered and said they didn't have any fans but she would check on the air. When we returned 5 hours later, the room was at 87 and still very hot. We tried to call the front desk but the phone in the room didn't work so we went to the front desk and told the guy that our air still wasn't working. He sent security up to look at it, they pushed a button to turn it off then back on and said if it wasn't better in 15 minutes to let them know. The temperature didn't change in the 15 minutes so we used our cell phone to call the hotel and finally got connected to the front desk and let them know the air still wasn't working. They asked if we wanted to move to another room. We said that would be best if the air wasn't able to work. After waiting almost 45 minutes, someone came and knocked on our door and handed us a room key to the room 2 doors down. We packed up and moved rooms. That room was much cooler. It was almost 1am when we were finally able to be settled in because the room was so hot and staff were not able to assist in a timely manner.
