I liked the location in downtown Clayton, which is such a beautiful, vibrant, clean place. The parking was very convenient, and the included breakfasts were absolutely terrific. The rooms were very nice, especially the digital shower. The hotel could have done a better job cleaning the workout room, which often smelled a little like sewer, due to the bathroom toilet.

Staff are all excellent. Very friendly and responsive. The breakfast was great- lots of options especially liked the make your own omelette station. Parking was convenient and easy. Location was good and is in walking distance of several restaurant options. Aside from the modern bathroom, which had electronic shower controls on the wall to set temperature and adjust shower head, the rest of the room was pretty standard and could have used a bit more attention. The floor was sticky and the lock on the door was loose which was promptly fixed when they were made aware of the issue. Staff really make the place standout. Overall it was an okay hotel and an affordable option for the area.

Overall experience was good. Rooms were clean, bathrooms updated, plenty of available parking. However, the night shift front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Comfortable bed, room was clean. The breakfast was good, and liked the omelet. The only thing was that you need to notify the front desk for your room cleaning and bed sheets changed before 10am. Otherwise they will not even change your towels. Oh, on weekends, they only take our trash even you notify the front desk. I stayed for 5 days, and my bed was never being changed, and towels were changed only once.

Over all it was amazing: Lily is the best. She is the type of person who made our stay even better. The room felt a little dirty. But other than that, everything was great. The breakfast is amazing.

Check in staff RUDE and racist....

The check in staff were rude. They stopped talking to me to help another customer. They interrupted me to tell a lady where her room was. You could just tell they helped there color first before white people. The parking garage is terrible. You have to get rid of the old signs before putting up new ones. I was going the wrong way but it also was the only way I could go to get out. The signs are missing leading. No handicap parking spots except for one and it was taken. The hotel was beautiful. Very up to date. My family absolutely loved the shower temperature gauge. Breakfast was amazing. My favorite was the blueberry muffins. The workers in the cafe were friendly and helpful not rude like the hotel workers. The guy making the waffles and omelette is 10/10 the best! He makes the whole stya worth it.

I liked this property but it was quite noisy throughout the night so we didn’t sleep well. The were lots of thumps, whooshes, banging, hall noise, etc. I’m not sure what was making all them noise but I assume HVAC, plumbing, etc. We also noticed the bedding was a little worn and stained. Other than that, the property was nice.
