The check-in/ out staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The first room smelled like cigarette smoke so the changed our room. The next room had blood stains on the sheets and dark brown stains on the pillows. The cleanliness of the rooms were awful. The manager was supposed to call back to talk about the room but never called.

Noisy parking lot right next to ground floor room I was assigned when the rest of the hotel was mostly vacant. Also... these hotels that advertise - hot tub - and then barely maintain them. They are saying that this amenity is part of your stay when its not even hospitable, thats false advertising. This hotel had foam build up and brown gunk on top of the foam. Uck.

Whole reason for our stay was the pool and hot tub. I called the week of our stay and was told everything is in great working order only to Find out the pool was ice cold and then maintenance guy says “ya the pool heater has been busted for a long time but they won’t tell guest cause they cancel reservations”

It says indoor and outdoor pool with hot tub but they failed to mention that the pool is half inside and half outside. So if it’s 20 degrees outside the pool water inside is 20 degrees also. It’s not separated.

I booked a room here because of the family friendly rating , breakfast and indoor pool. This was a trip for my 4 grandchildren. The indoor pool was an inside/outside pool. There was a heavy plastic divider but the water flowed freely from the outside which was 27 degrees. So no pool. No kid friendly channels. The breakfast was 5 out of 10. We couldn’t get another motel as the ice skating championships is in St. Louis or I would have left. False advertising at its best.

Upon arrival, there was visible mold on the bathroom ceiling above the shower. I reported this to the front desk and was moved to another room — however, the second room also had mold and was dirty. I am traveling with my child, and this presented a health and sanitation concern. In addition to the mold issues: • The heat in the room was not working • The pool area was dirty and unusable • The bed sheets had visible stains • There was hair present on the bedding These conditions indicate poor sanitation and inadequate housekeeping across the property.

We reserved a two room suite we ended up with a single, the towels had stains on them. They were clean, but had stains. My husband went downstairs to ask where the ice machine was, and there was one on our floor and sent him to another floor there were no extra blankets in the room. We have stayed there several times before don’t think we will return.
