Clean rooms and friendly staff. We were surprised at the amount of food and drink that were offered at dinner time! Lots of coffee, soft drinks, snacks... We needed a room that was accessible and one had a good, handicapped bathroom and the other did not (we had a split stay). That is the only reason we did not give it 5 stars. Recommend this hotel.

We were impressed with the service from check in to leaving. A pleasant surprise was the breakfast- basic but hot, fresh and very tasty! The staff was attentive to the buffet and very friendly.

The staff is incredible but The noise level is horrible. Our room overlooks the lobby. It’s so incredibly loud and a terrible disappointment. The noise starts at 6 am and is still going on close to 10:00 pm. The noise carries from the lobby straight into our room.

Every single staff member was friendly, professional and helpful. Awesome breakfast and dinner! Clean, comfortable room and the hotel was in a great location. I was traveling across country and was very grateful that they accepted pets!! I highly recommend Drury Inn!! I wish they had locations all across the US!!
