Went for concert at the amphitheater and used the shuttle. It was great not having to have a DD. Everyone was able to drink and have a great time. Will definitely do this again!

Perfect place to stay if you’re going to a concert at the Hollywood amphitheater. I would definitely recommend using the shuttle!!

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful, there was an issue with the toilet which was addressed right away. Convenient location, great shuttle service to the ampitheatre. Fairly quiet, which was a pleasant surprise considering it's a casino Cons: A bit dated, especially the bathroom Incredibly uncomfortable mattress, very lumpy and squeaky. Pillows very soft and go flat quickly

Great hotel, don’t plan to eat without reservation

The hotel was great for seeing a performance at the amphitheater. It was clean. The restaurant choice was lacking and without a reservation you are not going to eat in time to get to the concert. This was not ideal. On Saturday morning we went down for breakfast only to be told that they weren’t taking anymore tables even though there were multiple empties. The coffee shop offered a great breakfast and coffee. Everything else was wonderful. I did not visit the casino.

Not worth the high price

The hotel was fine, but extremely overpriced. Premium prices should equal premium amenities, but not here. Check-in took over 30 mins and the shuttle service to and especially from the music venue was completely overwhelmed, resulting in very long wait times
