The staff was pretty helpful and nice but there were rude surrounding individuals, potential guest and/or loiterers. The breakfast was nice and I was able to utilize a room for work. Overall, nice stay!

Three employees all uncapable of checking me in once for two reservations and staying in the same room. Locked out my room and had to check in again for a room that i was already in with all my belongings. Four security deposit holds placed when i was told only one was needed. Parking is horrendous. They dont have a parking lot or parking garage but they can valet your car for a bundle of money. Theres a few spots on the street that you can park at with parking meters. Staff was rude and had to inform management which gave her an attitude adjustment. Breakfast ends at 10am but if they run out of food early at 930am they dont restock it. One of three elevators down and people there woeking on the elevators shutting them all down. Had to have security grab me blankets wash rags and towels becasue i was given 1 floor mat to use as a towel. Informed them toilet paper holder was broken upon arrival and asked it be noted so i wouldn't be billed for prior damage, employee asks what sre you talking about. Not a pleasant experience.

The staff was friendly. We used the fold out sofa and there was still a blanket in there. We lifted up the blanket and there were sugar packets in the bed. I wasn’t upset or anything but let the front desk know
