Pricey hotel with very pricey food. The breakfast buffet was disappointing and it cost nearly $100 for a family four. The beds were small and uncomfortable. Ours felt like it had a hole in the middle. The elevator broke down several times we had to use the service elevator. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work as well as the floors above or below us. We had to go to the fitness center to get ice. That’s the only nice thing about this hotel was the fitness center. It’s amazing. For the price you’re paying for this, it’s not worth it. I would not stay here in the future.

We came in town for a volleyball tournament that hosted multiple teams. The hotel was extremely busy and it took almost an hour to get into the area to unload. We had paid for parking before we got there and asked the attendant if we could upgrade to valet based off of the business of the location. They told us that should be possible, but they would park the car and we could go talk to the front desk to talk to them about how we would do so. When we spoke with the gentleman at the front desk, he wa Avery abrupt with my daughter and I about who told me that and that wasn’t possible. He then asked another customer service person and she said we’ve done that before and go ahead and issue a refund for the original amount so the valet company could charge us the new charges. He then proceeded to tell us how he has worked there for 12 years and had never heard of that and talking to me as if I did not understand him. He then proceeded to tell me he was diabetic and having some sort of sugar issue and had a hard time explaining anything else to me. The next day we went to get my car and waited almost 30 mins to just take the car out midday to grab something to eat. When they pulled up with my car, we got in and drove straight to the restaurant. When I got out of the car I noticed the entire left side of my car had scrapes down the front bumper as if someone had parked it into a concrete wall. When we got back I talked to the “head of valet” and he apologized and

That was one oh the worst stays I’ve had in 30 years of traveling. Overpriced, everything seemed to be broken down or going too soon. I am not hard to please but this place couldn’t even reach my low bar.

Tried to order food online and it wouldn’t let me because food online didn’t match what was available. Then the lady at zenia’s was rude, would not just talk to one customer at a time etc. i wasn’t told it was going to be a long wait so cancelled my order after 20 minute’s and went to pantry. Pi got a call 5 minutes after I got back to room and was told it was ready. I said it was cancelled. Also asked about checkout and baggage and front desk called valet so I can load car. Guy was rude and said it shouldn’t be allowed because too busy yet will repair my car. Just bad service overall for an upscale hotel
