Pear Tree is a great over night to fly out of StL. But $18 if you want to park while you are gone for a few days is crazy! Go around the corner and pay $9.

This was a last minute booking to avoid crazy morning hours return to airport. All was nice except I awoke to a flood in the bathroom area. The toilet apparently did not properly flush, backed up into the shower, and overflowed that frame. I advised the staff who said no maitenance was available and offered to move me to another room (at 3 in the morning) but it was time to go to the airport anyway so I declined. Staff made no offer of any refund or offset.
