Hallways and elevator area were dirty. Stayed 3 nights and received no room service. Had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels. Front desk initially sent me to a room that was already occupied. Scared / surprised the occupants. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Sink was slow draining. Overall - I will not be using this hotel again on future trips.

The room needed updated. The sheets had specks of black things, there was a pubic hair on the ceiling in the shower, every time someone flushed or used the water in the room the shower was cold. The room smelled old and musty, and was freezing cold. Staff was pleasant.

This property served its purpose for our stay. The rooms were clean and the hotel was pretty well maintained. The main issue was with amenities. I stayed here twice, and there was NO ice bucket or glasses in the room either time. Also, they were stingy with the towels. We had 2 of each, no more. We had to ask for extras.

The staff was courteous. The room is not clean. The air filter is in desperate need of changing. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are full of water. There was hair on the shower curtain, tub, and shower walls.

I have read some of negative reviews about this place, but I don’t understand that at all. The hotel is nice. The front desk staff are professional and very helpful. And the pricing especially through Expedia is very very reasonable.

Mildew in bathroom. Finding TV channels was impossible. No coffee pot in room. Hand towels for one person (booked 2 guests in room). Ice maker didn’t work very well. $35 to check in early is ridiculous! Refrigerator didn’t work. No ice bucket in room. No shampoo. We will not book at a Wyndham again.
