My daughter and I spent 2 nights. This was the best hotel experience we have ever had. The staff is AMAZING! They were all so happy to help at all times. Bed were very comfortable. Řoom was clean. Breakfast was ok. Lots of options. Will stay here again for sure. You get way more than your $ worth!

Room was great, clean and comfortable for the price. Hotel is a walkable distance to both city Museum and Union Station, which is great. Our only problem was the state of the pool. The water was murky, and the whole thing did not appear to be clean. Hot tub was not really hot and did not have enough water in it. My kids really wanted to swim in the pool so it was somewhat of a problem for us. Other than that we really enjoyed the stay.

We were concerned about the noise level, at first - there seemed to be about 1,000 children in the hotel (a joke) - but our room was quiet and we slept well. The king bed was comfortable and the room was very nice and large. We appreciate the sofa so that a bed and desk chair aren't the only places to sit. We would give 5 stars if the bathroom was a bit larger. It was VERY small and only had 1 towel rod and a towel ring by the sink. Not much room for bath towels and washcloths. It was clean, though, which is most important. We were very happy with everything else, though. We'll likely stay, again, when visiting St. Louis.

Excellent location

Went for a UWSNT soccer match and the hotel was right across the street from the stadium. It is also very close to downtown and local attractions. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. The only minor drawback was the age of the place, which showed, but everything was clean and nice.

The hotel itself was decent. However, the smell of our room and the wet/sticky carpet in the main room of our suite as well as the dust everywhere and also the bathroom was dirty. Way too much money spent on that bad of a room. You can’t see the bottom of the pool either.
