Guest Access and Support:
You will have the entire home to yourself. While I live nearby, I won’t interact in person unless needed. I or a member of my team is available 24/7 to assist you during your stay.

Policies and Additional Fees
Pet Policy

Dogs only. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per reservation will be manually added after booking.

Guests who bring unauthorized pets or animals other than dogs will be fined $200.

Smoking Policy

Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited and will result in a $250 fine.

Long-Term Stays

For stays longer than 21 days, a $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually added after booking.

Late Check-Out

Unapproved late check-outs will result in a $50 fee.

Lost and Found

If you leave an item behind and request it be returned, a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs will apply.
