The first night we had a refrigerated semi park outside our window. Did not get much sleep. At breakfast the next morning there was no eggs. I went to front desk and asked they said tbey ran out. Came back that night we killed a cockroach in the bathroom.

We were casual travelers on vacation passing through. Which this hotel is perfect for because it isn’t a place to stay for a long time unless you were on business. The folks are really nice. Especially the guy that checked us in. Very helpful and fun to chat with. The room was OK, the air was pretty musty and there was a stain on one of the beds, but since we’re pretty chill, we just went with it and didn’t complain. But by the looks of some of these reviewers online, some of y’all would raise a stink. The second bed was very clean. The shower was clean and the water pressure was Adequate. The “free” breakfast is what you’d expect for a mid range hotel in the exurbs. The perfect way to describe this hotel is “basic”. Which for passer-bys like us looking for a place to sleep for the night before we head down the road is fine

Beautiful spacious room with a very big sized TV (our room had that). I loved the shower & it’s so quiet even with the TV up loud, you can’t hear it outside of the room. Very friendly staff and super clean, I can’t complain.

No idea, they refused me at the desk. Reservations made and paid for a mont in advance stating I was traveling with 2 dogs. They tried to call me 1 time the day I was driving to their location, did not take the call, was driving. Their comment was sorry, made no attempt to help me find a place, which I was able to right next door thank goodness. Thank good ness hotel.com helped me get my $ back.
