Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer and a garage for your convenience.

Ideally located just two blocks from Fox Park (complete with a playground and water play area), you're also within walking distance of the vibrant Lafayette Square and Soulard neighborhoods. Downtown attractions, sports venues, and restaurants are just a short drive away. For guests visiting loved ones or working nearby, major hospitals such as SLU, BJC, Children’s Hospital, and Cardinal Glennon are within 10 minutes. Late check-out: Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $50 fee.

Our stay in St. Louis was even better because of the location of the house we rented. It was a beautiful home that was located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We felt safe walking to excellent restaurants in the area. Plus, it is close by to many of the local tourists attractions including the zoo and The Arch. My family would stay there again.

In a safe neighborhood. The only negative was dirty floors that turned your socks black. I texted the company and they sent someone out the next day to mop. Quick response time.

Garage parking was great, beds were very comfortable, spacious kitchen, overall very clean. Kitchen could use more utensils, bowls, baking sheets, etc. The Keurig machine seemed to be clogged. It took several attempts to make a cup of coffee. Batteries need to replaced in auto-trashcan in kitchen. Closet space was great! Could use more mirrors in the house with all the natural lighting from the windows. Window blinds were great, one of the bedrooms had blinds and would have preferred to have shades to keep light out each morning. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend your properties to others.
