We booked a room that listed 3 adults with a king bed. There was no pull out couch or roll away bed. I guess they expect 3 adults to sleep in one king bed. Tried to cancel but had no luck. No other rooms available. The receptionist Chris did go out of his way to get us more blankets and pillows so one of us could sleep on floor. He was awesome, and worked non stop! Tried cancel booking via Travelocity but no help there. Called customer service who could not help, asked for call back from supervisor and was informed one would call. All I got was email saying they couldn’t reach me at number provided. The number provided was same as my profile on Travelocity.

Booked a room with Queen bed, turns out they are full beds (smaller). Fridge was not working, and clanked all night. They have a pool, looked clean and we'll kept. Breakfast was nice, lots of restaurants around too.

Room had no inside lock or latch. Previous guest still had drawers full of clothes. Whole facility smelled like moth balls. Tv kept losing reception like nothing was hooked up. Water in every faucet had a slimy feel

We booked this hotel for proximity to Six Flags, it's literally about a 2min drive, this hotel is nothing fancy & a bit outdated, but it was very clean, the workers were all very polite & helpful, the pool was to very clean as well & not cloudy at all. Chris at the front desk helped us add another room to our reservation for space & was so kind & helpful! Will definitely stay again!

Okay in a pinch

Check in was easy enough. Bed was comfortable and sheets seemed clean. The hotel/motel seems old and run down. The tub did not look clean and neither of us wanted to take a shower. We had about 1/4 roll of toilet paper upon chech in. on a scale from 1 (not at all) to 10 (highly) i would rate it a 4 for "feeling" safe.

Broken cold water in shower, fridge didnt work ( he said it was in defrost mode, several hours???) Air conditioner filters 1 inch of dust, ( we cleaned them) made the rooms smell. Plug ins didnt work. Picture advert showed waffle maker( no waffle maker) corn flakes and raisen bran, no fruit, no yogurt, a hard bagel and a horrible muffin. When we asked manager/owner to fix because we were unhappy he made excuses. And when we complained he said if we didnt like it we could leave. So we did, because if we as customers dont get treated well thats pooor customer service.!!!

It should be known that this property has a couple floors you may have to go up and down steps without the convenience of an elevator the property was clean the staff was helpful the pool was clean although we did not use it breakfast would probably be considered Continental

Very convenient to everything, there were shopping, restaurants, parks, etc closed by - 3 minutes from six flags and about 7 minutes to downtown Eureka. We felt very safe and peaceful in the area, definitely will come back around this area.
