Perfect for travelers on short term assignments and families vacationing. Easywalk to the beautiful Tower Grove Park for a Sip and Stroll, the farmers market, some playground time or a picnic. Theres a Local Cafe just two blocks away and on the way. Bike or drive to Forest Park for golf, the new playscape, the Zoo and museums. Walking distance to countless restaurants on historic Grand Boulevard. Just two miles from the Famous Hill Neighborhood with world class Italian dining. Uber to Ball Park Village and Busch Standium and Arch Grounds for just $20 (parking is $25). Four miles from Barnes Jewish and even closer to SLU. Two parking spots in rear with security cameras in front and back. Enjoy morning coffee/afternoon drink on one of the four porches or walk up to a pub on Morganford for Happy Hour and they will golf cart you home. End the day with a fire and smores in the back yard, a long hot bubble bath in the European soaking tub or watch a movie on the 68" OLED TV with soundbar.
