Centrally located in University City which is just minutes from the downtown Clayton business /entertainment district, Washington University, Fontbonne University, Downtown St. Louis, Busch Stadium, Energizer Park (MLS), The Foundry Food Hall, Central West End, St. Louis Zoo, Forest Park, the Grove and Dogtown.

Ranch home with additional amenities on the lower level. They include media room,workout room and laundry room.

It was extremely easy to make arrangements and check in and out with the host, Sean. The house was perfect for our family and dog. The location was also perfect with the things we had planned to see and do in St. Louis. I would highly recommend this house to anyone coming to St. Louis. This home was located in a safe quiet neighborhood with easy access to St Louis and Washington Universities. We were able to get to the Missouri Botanical Garden and the St Louis Zoo in Forrest Park within a few minutes drive. There are places to eat within walking distance.The home was comfortable for two couples, one couple with an infant. The hosts supplied everything we could have needed for a four night stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The laundry and exercise area were really nice. The back yard is very lovely and private, the furniture inside and outside the house are comfortable.
