Welcome to Villa Evangeline, perfectly situated in St. Martinville, Louisiana, just steps away from the enchanting Maison De Tours wedding venue and opposite the charming church. Our daughter’s wedding was next door at Maison De Tour. This is a perfect location if you have something next door. This was a historical home and the furnishings were antique. I little much for myself but others will probably love the charm. Big house with a lot of space. Beds were a little small and quite tall. The town is quaint and we tried many of the local merchants during our stay. I would stay again.

Wonderful house with lots of space, great back courtyard, great location, and balconies. We enjoyed being able to gather as a family for the wedding next door. Good communication with the property managers. Stocked with everything we needed for the weekend.

Formal rooms, gathering areas (3 sitting rooms, plus porches, verandas, and brick courtyard with fountain) 4 Bedrooms/3 Baths historic 1850 home, filled with antiques, quality art, books, & crystal chandeliers.Much to enjoy, pristine clean, and modernization throughout where it counted..Kitchen and dining area so large and well equipped. Great communication with owner, and so much to see from this location. Convenient N, S, W 20 min to most towns around the Maison de Tours. Quality restaurants nearby. WE LOVED THIS CHOICE & recommend this gem.

Amazing home with great support from property managers

Enchanting old home with gorgeous antiques yet modern amenities. extremely clean. kitchen had all the pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils you need. lots of coffee, creamers, sugar. gorgeous outdoor patio/garden with rocking chairs and fountain. beautiful old books to indulge in. nooks and crannies with comfy furniture and blankets to crawl into. Communication with managers was so fast and polite it was hardly believable! I got a live person on the phone immediately and responses through the portal within five minutes. not much to do in the town but you are 15 minutes away from plenty of things to do. Grocery stores and pharmacies 15 minutes away. You can order delivery through Instacart and Ubereats if you just want to hibernate in this lovely home! I was really sad leaving it! Definitely recommend!
